In the Beginning

I have always wanted to read my Father's Grajewo Yizkor Book. Now it's happening thanks to you. We have translators for every language, a US tax deductible site on Jewish Generosity and and a fabulous and enthusiastic team of Grajevites(?) landspeople who are sending in partial translations, photos, memories and money to pay our impeccable Yiddish translator Tina Lunson. Another shout out to Shelly Levin who in additioning to managing the Facebook page is co managing the translation project, which means manageing me. Not always easy.

I am hoping to use the blog to report to you on lovely partial texts that we have collected and Tina has already begun. They are not the final Jewish Gen version, but they are too good to keep from you.
